QUALITY

Quality Lenses

We use the premier independent lens laboratory in Australia for the vast majority of our spectacle manufacturing, so you can be assured that your spectacles will be made to our exacting standards. Every pair of spectacles is rigourously checked by us to ensure they exceed Australian Standards.

Quality Frames

Our frames are chosen because of their quality, not because of their price. Although we are always on the look-out for the best deals so we can pass on the savings to you, we will never sell poor quality, cheap spectacle frames. All our frames come with at least a 12 month warranty, some with two years.

Quality Eye Testing

All eye tests include a comprehensive check on the health of your eyes. We check for things such as glaucoma, diabetes, cataracts and macular degeneration.
The optometrist will discuss all your visual requirements to determine the best way to correct your vision, be that contact lenses, laser surgery, multifocals or extended reading glasses.

Our store manager, Noel Goard, has worked in the optical industry for over 30 years, and brings extensive experience in lens manufacturing and design. He can provide detailed advice on all aspects of lenses.
Our optometrist, Robert McQualter, has over 20 years experience, including children’s vision and contact lenses. He has recently completed further qualifications in therapeutic treatments, allowing him to prescribe medications such as antibiotics and glaucoma medications.

We have invested over $30,000 in new stock over the past 12 months and can now boast that we believe we have the best range of fashion frames in the area.

Some of the fashion brands we carry are Bebe, a great American-designed range for younger women; Hummer, strong larger frames for men, Trussardi, beautiful frames for men and women designed in Italy and Lightec, exquisitely engineered frames with screw-free joints from Marius Morel in France. We have also added Oroton spectacle frames for women and Morrissey for men.


AFFORDABILITY

At Eyes To Chelsea, we believe that its important to look your best in glasses, but it shouldn’t cost the price of admission to the World Cup. We regularly check our competitors to ensure that our prices are at least equal, and usually lower than theirs.
